And you are a collaborative leader who achieves results through teamwork with retail partners and cross-functional teams.JOB PURPOSE:You will drive the execution and optimization of omnichannel strategies for the B&W portfolio at Target, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with Target’s Digital Team and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Serve as the primary liaison between field sales and Target eCommerce Site Merchants, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.• Partner with Shopper Marketing teams to co-create end to end marketing activations that align with brand strategies and customer objectives.• Collaborate with Retail Media Team for strategic sku alignment across search and display.• Monitor and report on performance, providing feedback loops to internal teams and retailer partners to refine future activations.• Build a best-in-class digital relationship with Target to unlock growth.• You will work closely with:o Customer Business Managers (Field team)o Content Teamo Shopper Marketing Teamo Retail Media Teamo Brand TeamWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of capabilities and attributes including, but not limited to:• Ownership Mindset: You ask challenging ‘why’ questions and take full accountability for successes and failures.• Big Picture Thinking: You connect the dots and think strategically.• Growth Mindset: You never settle for “good enough” and always seek to optimize and evolve.• Strategic Passion: You out-think the competition.• Resilience: You thrive on challenges and confidently navigate ambiguity.• Action-Oriented: You make strategic choices and activate against them.• Tenacity & Urgency: You make things happen quickly and motivate others to be nimble and agile.• Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

     

    Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

     

    Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

     

    Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
