• Collaboration Engineer

    Job Description

    As a Junior Collaboration Engineer, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of collaboration solutions across the organization, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint with knowledge in PowerShell scripting. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and business users to deliver automation, improve productivity, and ensure the reliability of digital workplace tools.

    Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    -Assist in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).

     

    -Support the customization and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

     

    -Contribute to PowerShell scripting activities for automation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.

     

    -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint, escalating complex problems as needed.

     

    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

     

    -Participate in documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.

     

    -Receive mentorship from senior engineers and actively contribute to team projects.

     

    -Assist in scoping and business analysis activities for collaboration solutions.

     

    -Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -4+ years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint development or administration.

     

    -Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

     

    -Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Teams.

     

    -Understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, Copilot.

     

    -Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

     

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    -Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

     

    -Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

     

    -Strategic thinker with a bias for action and continuous improvement. -Experience with Sharepoint, Power Platform and Copilot.

     

    -Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.

     

    -Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure.
