Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedBehavioral Health Supervisorto join our team. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring quality care is delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
+ Provide clinical supervision to staff, including case consultations and review of documentation.
+ Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
+ Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge in providing behavioral health services.
+ Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
+ Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and increase access to care for clients.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program data.

Requirements
+ Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting.
+ Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and community partners.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Must be licensed as a mental health professional in Connecticut.
+ Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with pay differential offered.
