    ### Job Duties

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Cleaning townhomes, community building and model.

    2. Picking up garbage, including dog waste, and emptying garbage cans on property.

    3. Removing leaves from entries/shoveling snow within a reasonable timeframe.

    4. Sweeping stairwells/knocking down bird nests.

    5. Delivering letters and flyers.

    6. Unlocking and locking the on-site laundry facilities.

    7. Misc. duties as needed.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    1. Caretaking experience and reliability.

    2. Recommended to live on site.

    3. Schedule must be flexible to accommodate turnovers and snow removal.
