Overview
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Experience Design to lead integration and experience strategy for a major CPG food brand, ensuring the audience creative, PR, account management, media planning, content commerce, investment, and analytics teams come together with one unified point of view.
As SVP, Experience Design, you will brief and drive consensus among the IAT, blending audience insight, communications strategy, commerce expertise, social and influencer savvy, and creative vision to drive breakthrough experiences and business growth. This leadership role requires hands-on strategic thinking, relationship building with senior clients, and the ability to orchestrate teams.
Responsibilities
Role Objectives:
+ Own the strategic vision that informs planning and execution of media, creative, PR, and content
+ Own the development of consumer-facing experiences and partnerships that align with brand objectives and audience needs, and bring them to life through provocative presentations
+ Work closely with senior clients, media partners (networks, content studios, social platforms, digital publishers, etc.), internal audience, planning, investment and analytics teams as well as external ad agencies and PR agencies as needed to build, sell, and steward partnership programs.
+ Orchestrate the experience journey process from beginning to end including ideation, development, creative vision, and production oversight of partnership programs.
+ Identify entertainment and consumer trends as well as an ability to think originally about partnerships and content strategies in conjunction with brand needs.
+ Seek innovative, data-driven and technology-lead solutions whenever possible.
+ Partner with investment leaders to negotiate marketplace deals to deliver media-driven experiences.
+ Collaborate with internal client and measurement leads to establish and report on measurement framework aligned to the experience.
+ Contribute to new business and agency growth efforts.

+ Apply extensive platform expertise to map consumer experience journeys and identify high impact moments for brands to connect through media-fueled creativity.
+ Initiate, challenge & steer product innovation
+ Make ideas great because you know what great ideas look and feel like.
+ Craft stories based on how consumers interact with their devices and other technology to reveal how brands can better connect with their consumers along the purchase journey.
+ Translate top-down global strategies to consider regional and local nuances, as well as defining bottoms-up approaches and playbooks that influence global go-to-market.
+ Coach and teach a team with a partnership mindset, balancing inspiration with the ability to have the necessary tough conversations
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 12+ years of related work experience in a creative strategy or innovation role at an advertising, digital, or media agency, consultancy or innovation incubator.
+ Possess a solid understanding of modern marketing practices across connected digital ecosystems, including CRM, loyalty, social influencers, and commerce, with the ability to leverage first-party data and emerging technologies to craft future-forward experiences.
+ Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to think unconventionally in proposing solutions and identifying opportunities.
+ Knowledge of overall brand positioning and ability to translate brand needs into communication strategy and creative concepts.
+ Direct, clear, and effective communication style
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, thinking strategically from the client’s perspective.
+ Working exposure to integrated marketing communication teams and senior management.
+ Natural leadership ability and skills with an agile, entrepreneurial approach to working.
+ Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects effectively, and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
