    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for providing cashiering services to customers.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

    + Sells and redeems chips

    + Cashes personal checks and other negotiable instruments

    + Processes cash advance transactions

    + Issues and redeems markers, front money, safekeeping deposits and withdrawals

    + Exchanges foreign currency and processes Western Union checks

    + Balances to an impressed amount daily

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assists patrons with information and directions

    Minimum Education and Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Must have previous money handling experience

    Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

    + Good communication and organizational skills

    + Accurate and timely transactions with patrons

    Training Requirements:

    + Knowledge of ACSC, Global Cash Access and ERP computer systems

    + Knowledge of the casino computer management system

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    + Must be able to work in a smoking environment

    + Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

    + Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

    + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
