Forklift Operator – Archbold/Toledo, OH

**Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay:** $19.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to support operations at both our Archbold and Toledo locations. Candidates **must be open to traveling between the two sites** (approximately a one-hour drive). This role involves handling large, heavy, and fragile solar panels, so strong forklift skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

+ Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials

+ Handle solar panels with extreme care to prevent damage

+ Support daily operations at both job sites as assigned

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines

+ Perform additional warehouse or material-handling duties as needed

Requirements:

+ Prior forklift operating experience required

+ Must be comfortable and confident operating a forklift throughout the shift

+ Ability to travel between Archbold and Toledo job sites when needed

+ Strong attention to safety and detail

+ Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
