    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Batchmaker to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Batchmaker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 3rd Shift Batchmaker

    **Location:** Kansas City, MO

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** 10pm - 6:30am, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Execute daily activities in the liquid soap production area, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

    + Assist in research and development of new liquid soap products, contributing to process documentation and improvements.

    + Maintain an organized and clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

    + Troubleshoot process equipment and make adjustments to ensure product safety, quality, and quantity.

    + Support process improvements and assist with production scheduling and documentation entry into NetSuite.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least one year of experience in a production facility or similar environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.

    + Availability to work weekends when necessary.
