Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting sales and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Customer Fulfillment Specialist

**Location:** St. Paul, MN

**Pay Range:** $50,000 - $60,000

**Shift:** Daytime; Monday - Friday (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

+ Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

+ Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company procedures

+ Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team—interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance

+ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams

+ Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field required

+ Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly

+ Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving environment

+ Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
