    Description:

    We are seeking a Process Engineering Associate to support the production of complex organic molecules and modified oligonucleotides. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in following established protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will work onsite in a collaborative environment, contributing to process optimization and quality assurance.

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Execute established protocols for synthesis and modification of organic molecules and oligonucleotides.

    + Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

    + Document all work accurately in accordance with GDP standards.

    + Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

    Skills:

    GDP, Chemical Engineering, bBoengineering, bBochemistry, Chemistry, GMP, Biology, Process Development

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or Chemistry.

     

    Experience: 0–2 years in a relevant scientific or process development role.

     

    Attributes: Initiative, adaptability, flexibility, strong communication, and ability to articulate ideas clearly.

    Additional Information:

    IV Process: 1-2 phone/video interviews with 3-4 interviewers

    8 am - 4:30 pm (can shift once training complete)

    This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.75 - $37.25/hr.
