Description We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has expertise in document management and financial oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial records and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

• Manage document control processes, including organizing, scanning, and maintaining essential records.

• Implement and maintain systems for compiling and archiving financial and operational documents.

• Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive information to maintain confidentiality.

• Collaborate with team members to improve document management workflows and efficiency.

• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Develop and enforce policies related to document scanning and control.

• Train staff on proper procedures for document handling and compliance.

• Support audits and other regulatory processes by providing necessary documentation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles.

• Proficiency in document control processes, including scanning and organization.

• Strong ability to compile, analyze, and maintain accurate records.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with document scanning software and systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
