Senior Fund Operations & Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fund Operations & Data Analyst to join a high-performing finance and operations team. This role sits at the crossroads of fund operations, technology, and data analytics, ensuring systems and processes scale seamlessly as the organization grows. The ideal candidate blends financial acumen with strong technical expertise in data management, automation, and platform implementation.

Key Responsibilities

+ Evaluate, implement, and manage financial and operational applications, including CRM and reporting platforms.

+ Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems for accuracy and efficiency.

+ Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights.

+ Drive process optimization through workflow automation in finance and operations.

+ Execute data migrations and platform upgrades as needed.

+ Ensure compliance and risk management best practices across all processes.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or PMP credentials are a plus.

+ 4+ years of experience in finance, operations, or technology roles, with mandatory exposure to private equity or venture capital.

+ Hands-on expertise in SQL, data migration, and workflow automation.

+ Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and API integrations.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
