    Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 430 am

     

    Pay: $16/hour, plus $1/hour shift differential

    Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time? Do you enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We-re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Painters - a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

    What You-ll Do:

    + Inspect wood pallets for defects and ensure they meet company standards

    + Operate the paint booth using a pneumatic paint gun to paint and stencil pallets accurately

    + Ensure stenciling is precise, clear, and readable

    + Communicate equipment needs or repairs to management as they arise

    + Follow all safety procedures to support Plan To Zero (PTZ)

    + Meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced, production-based environment

    What You-ll Bring:

    + Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

    + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    + Team player mindset and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment

    + Commitment to safety and following established procedures

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Perform -Clean as You Go- sanitation and good housekeeping practices

    + Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

    + Support team members and contribute to a safe, positive work environment

    + Report any quality or safety issues promptly to supervisors
