Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: $60–$70 per hour

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated school-based team in Torrance. This is a full-time opportunity for passionate professionals who want to lead and support students through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for students.

- Supervise and train RBTs and other team members.

- Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.

- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.

- Collaborate with school personnel and families to ensure success.

Requirements:

- Active BCBA Certification (required)

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in school-based settings preferred
