School Psychologist – $55/hr – Houston, TX

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced School Psychologists (LSSP) to provide psychological services to students in the Houston area. This role includes conducting assessments, consultations, and direct services to support students’ mental health and developmental needs, as well as assisting in qualifying students for additional support services.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Houston, TX

+ Start Date: January 5, 2026

+ End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours

+ Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week

+ Duration: 20 weeks

+ Pay Rate: $55/hour

+ Modality: Primarily on-site (Hybrid 4/1 option for the right candidate)

+ Openings: 3 total (2 full-time, 1 part-time)

Responsibilities:

+ Provide psychological evaluations and assessments

+ Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

+ Deliver direct services and interventions for students

+ Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines

+ Document services accurately and timely

Requirements:

+ Active Texas LSSP license and TBHEC certification

+ Master’s degree in psychology (preferred)

+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a school psychologist

+ Experience with assessments, consultations, and direct services

+ Current CPR, TB questionnaire, and health certificate if applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
