    About the role

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. This is for RMCS Resource at Onsite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials including Receivables Cash Management Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses. A background in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.

    In this role, you will:

    + Design and implement Oracle Cloud Financial solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules and processes.

    + Analyze and optimize existing financial systems to improve performance and user experience.

    + Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud Financials ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial processes and system configurations.

    + Conduct thorough testing and validation of financial systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

    + Support end-users by providing training and resolving any issues related to Oracle Cloud Financials.

    + Monitor and evaluate system performance recommending improvements as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all system implementations.

    + Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

    + Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.

    + Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by delivering high-quality financial solutions that drive business success.

    What you need to have to be considered

    + Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Financials including Receivables Cash Management Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.

    + Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.

    + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

    + A background in Asset and Wealth Management.

    + Show proficiency in system analysis design and implementation.

    + Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex information.

    + Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

    Certifications Required

    • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist

    Salary and Other Compensation

     

    The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
