CTG is seeking a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile software development teams, drive project delivery, and collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and other key functions.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Duration:** 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

+ Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.

+ Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.

+ Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.

+ Agile experience managing multiple Scrum Teams.

+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

+ JIRA expertise.

+ PMP Certification.

+ Knowledge of the Restaurant Industry.

+ Passion for building technical solutions.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
