    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for Manual QA testers to support one of our financial services clients in the local Indianapolis area. This person should be well versed in manual or automated QA testing with technologies like ADO, JIRA or other related technologies. This person will be spending 90% of their testing time doing manual testing and 10% automated with the vision to eventually shift to a more automated environment. This person should be comfortable operating off already built testing plans or comfortable developing test plans themselves. These individuals will be largely testing backend code on custom-built applications. They will also spend time refining business requirements with business users, supporting multiple value streams, and supporting windows server upgrades.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3-5 years of testing experience

     

    - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Experience with ADO or JIRA

     

    - Experience with GERKIN, Cucumber, or SpecFlow

     

    - Experience with no code/low code automation

     

    - Familiarity with CI/CD practices
