2nd Shift Production Supervisor
About the Role:
Join the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies! We are seeking an experienced **Production Supervisor** to lead and manage operations on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity with a client that frequently converts associates to full-time employees.
Responsibilities:
+ Plan and schedule production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
+ Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with labor standards
+ Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Manage inventory, tools, and supplies; perform cycle counts
+ Train, coach, and develop team members
+ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment using 5S methodology
+ Prepare daily production reports and manage time reporting in ADP
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED required; additional leadership training preferred
+ Previous supervisory experience in a production environment
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs
+ Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

**Pay Rate:** $24+ per hour (based on experience)
**Schedule:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
