Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading automated pharmacy fulfillment center to hire a **Pharmacy Assistant** in Everett, WA for an exciting full-time opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment!

**Location:** Everett, WA
**Pay Rate:** $ 20.95/hr
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
License Required: WA DOH Pharmacy Assistant License
(Can be obtained after receiving a job offer.)
About the Role
Join a high-energy Automated Refill Center supporting pharmacy operations. You’ll be part of a team responsible for packaging, sorting, shipping, and maintaining workflow to meet daily production goals. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning how pharmacy operations, equipment, and automated systems work.
You’ll also support the Facilities Team (approx. 90% of your time) developing skills in equipment replenishment, labeling systems, capping processes, and basic troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Production Operations
• Process prescription orders for shipping
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions
• Sort orders by store location and place them in shipping totes
• Load finished product into delivery trucks
• Support packing, sorting, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
Facilities Support (Primary Focus)
• Maintain labeling systems and capping processes
• Replenish equipment and support basic troubleshooting
• Assist in facility operations to ensure smooth production
Compliance & Quality
• Follow HIPAA standards to protect patient privacy
• Adhere to all SOPs, company policies, and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and escalation skills
Job Requirements
• WA DOH Pharmacy Assistant License (can apply after job offer)
• Ability to lift 20–25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing/walking 8+ hours/day
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and grasping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
