Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Field Service Technician located in Minnesota (Onsite role)
Field Service Technician
Minnesota (Onsite role)
6 Month Contract
Pay Rate ::$20/HR.
Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Job Description
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are met.
Handle customer-related issues promptly and appropriately; escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures.
Provide software service, post-sales support, or service delivery assistance for local accounts on standard systems.
Respond to inquiries related to service, products, technical issues, and customer relations.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of job-related skills and company policies.
Strong understanding of general and technical aspects of the role.
Ability to work independently on routine tasks and moderately complex assignments.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
