Job Title: Blow Mold Machine Operator** **Job Description

The Blow Mold Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. You will troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to ensure the continued operation of the production line while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

+ Operate blow-mold machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems.

+ Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance tasks.

+ Ensure the continuous operation of the production line.

+ Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Essential Skills

+ 1-3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with blow molding is a plus.

+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Familiarity with injection and extrusion processes.

+ Knowledge of safe work practices.

+ Strong mechanical skills.

+ Effective communication and self-management abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Problem-solving skills in production and continuous improvement.

+ Experience in the plastics industry.

Work Environment

The work schedule includes needs on 1st and 2nd shift, with a 3rd shift from 7pm to 7am. Training is on 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm for the first 2-3 weeks, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Candidates will work two weekends per month, eventually reducing to one weekend per month. The production environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise levels, and fluctuating temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.50/hr.
