Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual to lead our regulatory compliance programs and manage our Environmental Management System. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance across multiple locations while reporting directly to the President. This full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting to ensure all regulations are met.
+ Serve as the Management Representative for the Environmental Management System.
+ Manage permits and registrations to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
+ Interface with federal, state, and local regulators to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
+ Oversee a comprehensive chemical management system, including Safety Data Sheets, hazard warning labels, and classifications.
+ Prepare and conduct training for employees on compliance-related topics and conduct industrial hygiene assessments.
+ Participate in the management of outside services to enhance compliance efforts.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Guide employees in understanding and adhering to government policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
+ Hands-on experience with regulatory matters related to air quality, water quality, waste management, DOT, and OSHA.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to engage with federal, state, and local regulators.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
+ Experience managing large projects requiring both administration and hands-on attention.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
+ Strong organizational skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mc Donald, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
