    What You’ll Do

    + Provide compassionate clinical care and case management to adults in need.

    + Connect participants to essential medical, psychological, and community resources.

    + Conduct program orientations and guide individuals through their recovery journey.

    + Advocate for participants and collaborate with social service providers.

    + Maintain accurate, confidential records and deliver impactful presentations to community partners.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; licensure required (LADC, LMFT, LPC).

    + Experience: 3+ years working with mental health, substance use, or homelessness.

    + Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Bonus Points: Bilingual (Spanish), crisis intervention training, and knowledge of local resources.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
