As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers and CNAs to join us. We are urgently hiring for a caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Pearland, TX (77584). This role involves one-on-one light care with flexible day shift hours, usually between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Pearland, TX)Shifts Available: Day Shift (between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) Responsibilities: * Run errands and provide transportation or assistance as directed. * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living support as needed. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: * Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and compassion towards elderly clients. * Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home). * Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
