    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

    Hours: 37.5 hours/week (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

     

    Contract Length: Through May 29, 2026

     

    Start Date: January 5, 2026

     

    About the Role

     

    Amergis Staffing is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker tojoin our team for the remainder of the school year. This position will oversee fiveschools within the district, serving approximately 1,000 students:

     

    You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide input inthe development of IHP/IEP plans for students requiring social workintervention and support in the school setting.

    Essential Responsibilities

    + Provide social work services to students in accordance with IEP/IHP requirements

    + Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success

    + Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

    Minimum Requirements

    + Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

    + Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
