    We are seeking a Helper/General Laborer with a strong focus on yard maintenance and landscaping to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the outdoor property. While other general maintenance tasks may be assigned, the majority of your time will be spent outdoors performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Landscaping & Groundskeeping (Main Focus)

    + Mow lawns, trim hedges, remove weeds, and maintain outdoor areas

    + Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of debris

    + Perform seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, and planting

    + **Secondary Responsibilities (Occasional):**

    + Painting: Assist with interior and exterior painting projects as needed

    + Basic Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs

    + General Carpentry: Perform light repairs and maintenance on site fixtures and structures

    + General Repairs: Support routine building and equipment maintenance

    + Other duties as assigned

    Working Conditions:

    **•** Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions

    • Exposure to dust, dirt, and potentially hazardous materials

    • May involve working in noisy environments

    Physical Requirements:

    **•** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    • Frequent grasping, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing

    • Use of hand and power tools

    • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

    Qualifications:

    **•** At least one year of proven satisfactory work experience

    • Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general outdoor maintenance

    • Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and painting is a plus

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    • Strong attention to detail and safety

    • Valid driver’s license and **clean** MVR is **required** .
