In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a secure environment. You will interact with visitors and employees, provide outstanding customer service, and use your observation skills to maintain a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.

What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and permissions of individuals entering and exiting the location.

+ Assist with maintaining order by observing and reporting any suspicious or unauthorized activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

+ Help to deter unwanted incidents by conducting regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter.

+ Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations, following site-specific protocols and procedures.

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing questions, offering directions, and assisting as needed while upholding security-related procedures.

+ Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed, helping to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
