    + Job Summary :

    + The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing healthcare projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing, and administering efficient meeting and reporting processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

    + Education :

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care management or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

    + Registration/Certification/Licensure :

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

    + Experience :

    + Proven experience in project management including successful project completion. required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

    + Other Requirements :

    + Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.

    + Effectively advocates for quality patient safety and satisfaction as a daily practice.

    + Demonstrated proficiency of computer skills necessary to effectively complete position requirements to include Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

    + Ability to work independently, prioritize concurrent projects, meet deadlines, follow through with deliverables, and produce quality work.and/or any other department requirements.

    + Strong problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, flexibility, organization and detail orientation.
