    Job Description:

    Performs a full range of nursing services **;** Provides direct patient care during appointments for pre and post-surgical care; Documents complete nursing notes into the patient record **;** Prepares patient chart in advance with information appropriate for that particular visit under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, or licensed Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

    Salary Range:

    $25.79 - $33.20 an hour

    Job Requirements:

    Education: Fulfilled the educational requirements to be an LPN in NYS.

     

    Experience: 1 year of LPN experience preferred. Medical surgical experience preferred.

     

    License/Certification Required: Current NYS LPN license and current BLS.

     

    Skills: Must be able to place IVs, be a team player, be able to multitask, and have basic computer literacy skills.
