    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate roll forming machines and other equipment to produce high-quality metal components. You will also assist with material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control to ensure smooth production flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up, operate, and monitor roll forming machines, CNC machines, and press machines.

    + Load raw materials and unload finished parts from production lines.

    + Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

    + Transport materials between production areas using forklifts.

    + Pack and prepare finished goods for shipping.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and RF scanners.

    + Process shipping and receiving paperwork efficiently.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience operating roll forming machines, CNC machines, or press machines.

    + Proficiency with sit-down forklifts (mandatory).

    + Industrial/manufacturing experience required.

    + Strong computer skills for inventory control and documentation.

    + Previous shipping and receiving experience.

    Additional Skills

    + Familiarity with RF scanners, bills of lading, and cycle counts.

    + Knowledge of material handling and inventory control best practices.

    + Crane operation experience is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
