Are you looking for a **stable, full-time position** in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking **Assemblers** to join our team in **Coatesville, PA** . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior production or manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow with a company.

What You’ll Do

+ Pack and unpack customer orders accurately

+ Assemble or disassemble cell phones for repair and shipment

+ Prepare cable boxes for shipping

+ Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency

+ Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production needs

Responsibilities

+ Analyze and troubleshoot failed phones using established methods

+ Disassemble and reassemble cell phones into proper cosmetic housing

+ Replace LCD screens, motherboards, batteries, and secure components

+ Document repairs using basic computer skills

+ Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** Previous work in a production/manufacturing environment required

+ **Skills:**

+ General mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions

+ Basic troubleshooting and rework experience with cell phones

+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

+ Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

+ **Mindset:** Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible to take on additional tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
