    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Leadership:

    Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance.

    Compliance & Safety:

    Ensure adherence to FDA requirements, GMP standards, and Best Management Practices (BMPs).

    Quality Control:

    Implement and monitor quality systems to maintain food safety and product integrity.

    Team Management:

    Recruit, train, and mentor plant staff; promote a positive and safe work environment.

    Budget & Cost Control:

    Develop and manage budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource utilization.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
