Job Title: Payment Processing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Payment Processing Associate to join our team. This role involves handling incoming mail and preparing payments for system processing. You will play a key part in ensuring accuracy and supporting a major transformation initiative to standardize and simplify our processes.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare incoming mail for extraction into the system.

+ Open envelopes, organize checks, and stack them for scanning.

+ Assist in getting payments ready for others to scan into the system.

+ Cross-train in additional systems as you develop in the role.

+ Perform manual tasks initially, with potential to operate desktop scanners as opportunities arise.

+ Learn and support more complex functions over time.

+ Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

+ Comfortable with manual work; technical skills will be developed over time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
