    Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Technician

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team in Vero Beach. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems and related equipment.

    + Diagnose and repair system issues promptly and accurately.

    + Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems meet NFPA and local code requirements.

    + Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records.

    + Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems.

    + Must have experience with popular systems such as:

    + Honeywell / Notifier

    + Siemens

    + Edwards EST

    + Fire-Lite

    + Silent Knight

    + Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire codes.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vero Beach, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
