    Occupational Therapist (OT) – $60/hr – Mattoon Area, IL – Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to perform evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document services in accordance with individualized plans of care. This role serves students ages 3–22 across multiple campuses.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Mattoon Area, IL

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026

    + End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

    + Duration: 39 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $60/hr

    + Modality: In-person

    + Openings: 1

    + Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans

    + Provide direct occupational therapy services to students

    + Document services accurately and timely

    + Collaborate with school staff and supervise COTAs

    + Participate in meetings and ensure compliance with district guidelines

    Requirements:

    + Current Illinois OT license

    + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    + One (1) year of prior OT experience preferred

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    Additional Details:

    + Grade Level: Ages 3–22

    + Caseload: 8–12 students per day

    + Interview: Virtual or in-person
