    Job Title: Duct Cleaner

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential and/or commercial HVAC duct systems. This role requires physical stamina, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Clean HVAC duct systems, vents, registers, dryer vents, and related equipment using specialized tools.

    + Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants.

    + Safely operate vacuums, brushes, blowers, and other duct-cleaning equipment.

    + Set up and break down equipment at job sites.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services performed.

    + Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

    + Document work performed, including before/after photos.

    + Assist with minor HVAC-related tasks as needed (based on company policy and training).

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

    + Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or related trades is a plus but not required; training available.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

    + Good communication and customer service skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment

    + Indoor and outdoor environments.

    + Exposure to dust, debris, and varying temperatures.

    + Use of PPE required (gloves, respirator, goggles).

    Schedule & Compensation

    + Full-time - typical hours Monday–Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

    + Pay: [$16-$20] Based on the experience
