Field Service Engineer – Industrial Equipment (Western U.S.)

What You’ll Do:

+ Travel nationally to customer sites—primarily in the western US—to install, service, and repair high-performance industrial equipment and CNC machine tools.

+ Deliver exceptional technical service to ensure maximum machine performance and customer productivity.

+ Document technical conditions and customer machine information, providing improvement suggestions where necessary.

+ Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to help them achieve peak efficiency.

+ Serve as a knowledgeable service ambassador, representing our brand and building lasting customer relationships during installations and repairs.
