### Job Duties

POSITION SUMMARY

The essence of the painter/primer’s role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.

Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.

Good working knowledge of powder coat application.

Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.

### Minimum Education Required

High school diploma/GED preferred

### Minimum Experience Required

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous powder coat experience preferred.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to read prints.

### Job Benefits

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
