Our client, a leading organization in the records management and logistics industry, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of storage materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Addison, IL

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Other (07:00:AM - 03:30:PM)

What's the Job?

+ Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials

+ Manually lift, carry, and load boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs

+ Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

+ Track and document inventory using proprietary computer systems

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed during physical tasks and equipment operation

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance

+ Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, kneel, squat, and reach frequently

+ Basic reading and writing skills in English

+ Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
