**Job Title:** Accounting Assistant

**Location:** Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $18.00-23.00/hr. - WEEKLY PAY

**Shift:** 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently

+ Assist with collections and follow-up on overdue accounts

+ Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel to maintain financial records

+ Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks to ensure financial accuracy

What's Needed?

+ **Minimum** of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or related field

+ High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred

+ Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel

+ Strong verbal communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to perform data entry and invoicing tasks efficiently
