    **Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Various shifts

    We are currently seeking a full-time **LPN** to join our innovative and patient-focused team in Sheboygan, WI.     Center Hours

    + **Monday:** 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    + **Tuesday – Thursday:** 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Friday:** 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Saturday:** 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + **Sunday:** 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Position Overview

    As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care and supporting a warm, professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Ensuring accuracy of intake forms

    + Taking and recording patient vitals

    + Greeting patients and providing guidance

    + Explaining aftercare instructions

    + Creating a comforting and welcoming environment for all patients

     

    This role is ideal for LPNs seeking a structured, non-acute care setting with meaningful patient interaction and team collaboration.

    Requirements

    + Must have an **active LPN license**

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
