What will you be doing?

Rubber Shop Worker

Responsibilities

+ **Manufacture rubber drainage belts** using specialized processes and equipment.

+ **Operate electric hand tools** such as drills, grinders, and saws.

+ **Work with vulcanizing equipment** , handling temperatures up to **320°F and 150 PSI** safely.

+ **Lift up to 100 lbs** as needed during manufacturing and assembly.

+ **Drive a forklift** (training provided).

+ **Operate an overhead crane** (training provided).

+ **Assist with shipping and receiving** , including **building wooden crates** for shipments.

+ **Follow all safety procedures** to ensure a secure and productive work environment.

Qualifications

+ Ability to **work with heavy materials** and operate industrial equipment.

+ Willingness to **learn forklift and crane operation** (training provided).

+ Comfortable working with **high temperatures and industrial tools** .

+ Strong attention to **safety and teamwork** .

+ **Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required** —we’re willing to train the right candidate!

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
