    Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Quakertown, PA

    **Pay:** $34.50/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    Overview:

    We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing company in Quakertown, PA. This role focuses on machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping production equipment running efficiently in a regulated environment.     Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment

    + Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to reduce downtime

    + Complete maintenance logs and documentation following GMP standards

    + Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and calibrations

    + Use computer systems for work orders and reporting

    + Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

    Qualifications:

    + 7–10 years of machine maintenance or mechanical technician experience (preferred)

    + Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

    + Solid communication and computer skills

    + Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

    + Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated environments is a plus
