    Press Brake Operator

    • **Location:** North Mankato, MN

    **Precision starts with you.** We’re looking for a skilled **Press Brake Operator** to join our team and help shape high-quality metal components. If you have experience with press brake setup and operation, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship, this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate **Cincinnati** and **Baykal Presses** .

    + Run jobs within **.005 – .035 tolerance** and handle thicknesses from **.020 to .250** .

    + Assist engineering with flat layout calculations.

    + Manage multiple setups for long-run operations.

    + Perform quality checks throughout the process and submit first and last pieces for inspection.

    What You Bring

    + Experience in press brake setup and operation.

    + Skilled in troubleshooting press brake operations.

    + Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

    + At least **1 year of experience** in multi-axis and setup operations.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
