    Job Title:** **Assembler

    **Location:** Stuart, Florida

    **Pay:** $16–$18 per hour

    **Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

     

    About the Role

     

    We are a marine manufacturing company seeking an **Assembler** to join our team. In this role, you will perform sub-assemblies of actuators, which are key components of our trim system. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to specifications.

    + Rotate through tasks required in the production process.

    + Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

    + Maintain and clean work areas.

    + Operate hand and power tools safely.

    + Assist in wiring assemblies and related tasks.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to use hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

    + Any prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 0–2 years of relevant experience.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
