    Laser Programmer

    • **Location:** North Mankato, MN

    **Shape the future of precision manufacturing.** As a **Laser Programmer** , you’ll transform customer designs into accurate production-ready layouts and tool paths. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, collaboration, and working with advanced manufacturing technology.

    What You’ll Do

    + Create precise tool paths and layouts from customer prints and CAD drawings.

    + Convert designs using **AutoCAD 2D** , **Inventor 3D** , **SolidWorks** , and **Striker** .

    + Collaborate with production control, estimating, and customers to ensure accuracy.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prints, processes, and equipment.

    + Set up job routings for laser, punch press, and brake press operations.

    + Operate and maintain laser programming systems.

    What You Bring

    + Proficiency in **AutoCAD** , **Inventor** , **SolidWorks** , and **Striker** .

    + Experience in drafting within a metal manufacturing or assembly environment.

    + Strong knowledge of CNC operations and blueprint interpretation.

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and production teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + AAS in Mechanical Drafting or equivalent experience.

    + Familiarity with fixtures, tools, and gauges for tolerance measurement.

    + Mechanical aptitude for operating equipment to produce parts per print.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
