    We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves supporting financial advisors and ensuring exceptional client experiences within the financial services sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to financial advisors by managing client relationships and addressing inquiries.

    • Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain and update financial records.

    • Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance.

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

    • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

    • Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making for financial advisors.

    Requirements

    • Ability to report on-site 100%.

    • Strong proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping.

    • Ability to manage customer accounts effectively and professionally.

    • Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
