    Job Title: Entry Level - Accounts Payable Specialist

     

    Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour

    Responsibilities

    + Process ~500 invoices weekly using the True Links ERP system

    + Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

    + Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

    + Perform data entry and filing tasks

    + Answer phones as needed

    + Assist with ad hoc tasks

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Basic Excel skills (simple calculations; no advanced functions required)

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
