    Job Title: Administrative Assistant IV

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant IV to provide exceptional support to our executives. This role involves managing complex calendars, preparing documents, and handling communications during peak periods, absences, or transitions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide support to assigned executives during peak periods, absences, or transitional phases, including complex calendar and meeting management, document preparation, communications, and planning.

    + Manage shared mailbox and intake workflows by triaging requests, gathering key details, and ensuring timely completion.

    + Review and analyze mail and incoming memos, drafting, editing, and formatting documents, letters, emails, presentations, and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution.

    + Book travel, manage itineraries, process expense reimbursements, and adhere to corporate travel and expense policies.

    + Support ad hoc assignments and specialized administrative projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Administrative support and assistance

    + Executive administration and assistance

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

    + 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives

    + Proficiency in Concur

    + Calendar management

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives required

    + Experience managing projects, developing workflows, reporting, or using digital administrative tools is highly desired

    Work Environment

    This position is a hybrid role based in Owings Mills, with the expectation to be on site most likely from Tuesday to Friday. The opportunity offers a potential for long-term engagement with the team, as we are always looking for additional talent.

    This is a Contract position based out of Owings Mills, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
